Artist Bio
Geovany Avalos is a multidisciplinary artist based in San Marcos, Texas. He works primarily in metals
and sculpture, using a variety of techniques such as welding, plaster, 3D printing, and wood cutting. His
work explores themes of childhood, identity, and play, often transforming everyday materials into
imaginative objects that reflect on personal growth and emotion. Avalos is currently pursuing his
Bachelor of Fine Arts at Texas State University, where he studies Metals and Sculpture.
